1. Inspection Booking COVID-19 Screening Requirements: If you or anyone on the property currently have flu like symptoms; have a compromised immune system; returned from travelling out of the country in the last 14 days; or attended a gathering of more than 15 people in the last 14 days, schedule your inspection for a time when all occupants are healthy or can be removed from the site to protect against the possible spread of COVID-19.

2. The City is launching a video-call inspection service using the free app Google Duo. At this time, site inspections are not being conducted on occupied residential properties. All inspections will be done through video or will need to be deferred to a later undetermined date. Prior to the inspection, a City Inspector will speak directly with the on-site contact and confirm the free Google Duo app is installed. You may be asked to have a tape measure, flashlight and multi bit tool readily available.
